There is a three bedder in Sydney’s CBD — smack bang in the middle of the rat race — on the market for $2.2 million.Anyway, enough about rats racing. Back to the perfect escape.If a warmer climate is more appealing, a business on one acre on Zuna Island in the Torres Strait archipelago is listed for $1,713,660.Not only does the escapee get the freehold land, but they also bet the business.The main residence is a cottage that is located less than 100 metres from the shoreline, is airconditioned and has a modern kitchen and bathroom.There is a spacious lounge that opens onto a deck with views to the ocean and a master bedroom on the mezzanine level.The neighbouring bungalow includes the guest quarters and is less than 40m from the cottage.
