Tragic Donegal crash victims were returning from dream holiday

first_imgThe three Co Donegal women in this morning’s horrific road crash near Ardee were returning home from a dream holiday.The women, a mother and her daughter and their friend, are from the south-west area of the county.They had landed at Dublin Airport and were traveling home to Donegal when the tragedy happened. The three-car collision occurred south of Aclint Bridge, Ardee, Co Louth at approximately 1am.One female driver (39), and two female passengers (37 and 69 years) died in the crash.The three were travelling from Dublin when the accident occurred.Meanwhile, two men who are seriously injured were rushed Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
